Certificates are available after the course has been completed and the Course organiser has “marked the register” on the system. Please note this may take up to two weeks after the course date.
Access to certificates can be made via the event details in your my records area.

All your bookings can be found and accessed via the my record area. Go here to view or cancel any future bookings you may have.
If your booking is marked as unauthorised, please contact your line manager.
If your booking is marked as unconfirmed. This is awaiting confirmation from the Hoople support team so please contact them for all queries.
If your booking is marked “reserve list” then please note you are on a reserve list and you will be contacted if extra places become available.
An establishment is another name for employer/company. If you work for a school who is part of a multi academy trust, or at a satellite site/department of a main employer based elsewhere or you are a team within a large employer please be aware that your establishment may be listed under that main employer. When joining a new ‘establishment’ please search for both and you will be given appropriate options. If you have any queries, please contact our support team.
